What Is Involved In Studying This Course?

Learners will understand their employer rights and responsibilities related to their job role.
There is one mandatory unit which are assessed by Multiple Choice online test or assignment.

What Careers Can This Lead To?

This qualification supports the ERR component of the Business and Administration and Customer Service Apprenticeship frameworks.

What Is Involved With Delivering This Course?
