What Is Involved In Studying This Course?

The aim of this award is to enable the candidate to demonstrate a combination of keyboarding accuracy, presentation and rate of production of straightforward materials.

You will learn on the job in the work environment, or in the classroom.

Assessment will be through an externally set and marked written test.

This is appropriate for learners entering the office environment for the first time or anyone who wants to boost their basic text production skills.

This qualification can help you to progress in a wide range of administrative roles including:

  • PA or secretary
  • Administration assistant.

  • Levels 1, 2 and 3 Award, Certificate and Diploma in Business Skills (7593)
