Occupational Work Supervision (Construction) (6576)

The NVQ Diploma in Occupational Work Supervision is usually completed in the workplace, and demonstrates competency against the National Occupational Standards.
It is a competency qualification in the Construction Building Apprenticeship Framework (England and Wales) (Occupational Work Supervision pathway).

PLEASE NOTE: The Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Occupational Work Supervision (Construction)  has recently been updated and as a result a new QAN is available from 01 July 2019.   All documentation can be found under the documents section 6576-04, and the old documents have been moved to the archived section for 6576-03.

This qualification is aimed at experienced workers in a technical, managerial or supervisory role (e.g. foreman) who are seeking to develop their competence and improve their skills and knowledge.

What Careers Can This Lead To?
This qualification could lead to technical, managerial and supervisory roles within the Construction industry. Learners could progress into occupational areas such as team leading and management.

Level 3

This qualification demonstrates competence against the National Occupational Standards for Occupational Work Supervision.

At Level 3, you can learn more about resourcing, scheduling and planning, good working practices, maintaining health and safety and quality standards in the workplace.
