What Is Involved In Studying This Course?

The Level 1 Certificate in using e-mail and the Internet will provide learners with the basic skills in such areas preparing to use e-mail and the Internet, composing messages and managing contact lists. With the Level 2 Certificate in using e-mail and the Internet the learner will gain additional skills in working with attachments, customising the web browser and being part of the online community.

Learners should have appropriate computer and keyboarding skills, as well as a good command of the English language.
