These qualifications cover all the essential skills and knowledge you need, including:
- food manufacturing excellence knowledge
- tools and techniques
- change management.
You will be assessed by direct observation of natural situations; this will be supported by oral and written questions. Other evidence such as work records, product evidence and authenticated historical evidence can be included.
Which level is right for me?
You have between one and two years' experience and are competent at core production and/or manufacturing activities. You are now looking for ways of developing your skills and knowledge to support productivity.
You are involved in implementing and managing continuous improvement programmes for food production and manufacturing.
You are in middle or higher management within the food manufacturing industry.
