- Assembling Fish/Shellfish products by hand
- Grade fish/shellfish by hand.
- Understand how to pack and ice fish/shellfish
You will learn on the job in the work environment.

Ideal for those with one or two years of experience of fish and shellfish processing, retail and service and support operations. You are competent at core production and/or manufacturing activities and are looking for ways of developing existing skills and knowledge.
