This qualification covers the knowledge you'll need to convert your REPs status to personal trainer, including areas like nutrition for physical activity. After completing the qualification, you can apply to REPs for Level 3 Personal Trainer Status.
This qualification is for those who have already completed the Level 3 Advanced Fitness Instructing qualification. You should be registered with REPs as an Advanced Fitness Instructor.

You learn in a group environment with your college or training provider. You'll be assessed through short-answer tests, case studies and practical assignments.

What Is Involved With Delivering This Course?

In order to offer the qualification, you will need qualified assessors - you can train internal members of staff or recruit specially.

Furthermore, you need to provide your learners with a suitable learning environment and the resources they need to complete all aspects of the qualification. You will assess learners using short-answer tests, case studies and practical assignments.

You can get automatic approval if you currently offer the 4853 Level 3 certificate in Advanced Fitness Instructing.

Learners must have completed the Level 3 Advanced Fitness Instructing qualification.
