My Work Experience

My Work Experience

My Work Experience is one of the four components of Workplace Skills. It provides learners with access to e-learning to help them prepare and get the most from their work placement.

For Key Stage 5 Technical Qualifications, all learners must complete a form of work experience as part of their programme of study so My Work Experience supports and allows learners to evidence their contribution.

How does My Work Experience work?

Before, during and after a learner’s work experience placement they record their experience in the interactive logbook accessed in the Skills Zone. To enable learners to prepare and reflect on the opportunity of work placement, there are quizzes to complete.
