Thank you for your booking. We will aim to respond to confirm your placement in the next few days.

If the event is over subscribed we will email you within five working days. On occasion we may change details of the event due to the numbers of people wishing to attend, so we will email final event details to you 15 working days prior to the event.

If you have not received any communication from us 15 working days before the event or if you are unable to attend, please email customer_events@cityandguilds.com or call 01924 206777 quoting your event code and we will be happy to help you.
