Getting set-up is easy and is approached in four key steps.
Step 1: Full product demo
An e-portfolio specialist will visit you on-site and conduct a full product demo. The e-portfolio specialist will spend time understanding your business and work with you to explore how Learning Assistant can support you in providing solutions to challenges.
Step 2: Licensing and roll out plan
The e-portfolio specialist will talk you through our licensing and payment options, to agree a payment plan that meets your usage needs. They’ll also work with you to develop a detailed roll out plan designed to ensure that the Learning Assistant set-up is as seamless as possible.
Step 3: Customisation and product set up
You’ll be assigned a dedicated Customer Support advisor who will work with you to customise Learning Assistant to your exact needs and upload all your courses.
Step 4: Training and go live
The e-portfolio specialist will organise and deliver on-site training for all users. Once this training is complete, the system will go live and you’ll be ready to go.
