Raising Standards

There’s one question we hear more than any other.

'How can we continue to achieve the best possible outcomes for our learners when the goal posts are always moving?’

There is an answer.

Using our knowledge and expertise in: quality assurance; teaching; learning and assessment; and leadership and management (through our partnership with ILM and Kineo), we’ve developed Raising Standards.

Raising Standards provides a solution to help you meet your key challenges.

Quality Assurance

Leading the field in vocational pedagogy

Our commitment to improving standards of teaching, learning and assessment is demonstrated in our research. City & Guilds Centre for Skills Development’s recent report, ‘How to teach Vocational Education: A theory of Vocational Pedagogy’ highlights the need for a theory of vocational pedagogy and offers an approach to decision-making on which teaching and learning methods to use.

The report has been praised by a number of organisations, including the IFL, and mentioned in the House of Lords.
