Learning technology is a hot topic and it seems that every week brings a new technology set to revolutionise teaching and learning; keeping up with the pace of change can be daunting.

We understand that it is often difficult to see the benefits new technology can bring to the classroom or find the confidence to try something new and untested. To help the further education community understand and make better use of new technologies, we have created the Think Out Loud Club ( – an active community of learning technology evangelists who share successes and pain to support each other on the journey to becoming more digital.

The Think Out Loud Club is both an online and offline community. We’ve launched a website to share the latest thinking from members and give details of our upcoming events. We also have a growing Google+ community of thinkers who want to see more technology adoption in further education.

Want to get involved? We think it’s important to meet in person to share the pleasure and pain of technology adoption, and we are running 'Big Think' events to bring together the FE community and inspire them with new technologies and ideas. The first 'Big Think' will be held on 25 February 2014 at the Science Museum, London SW7.
