What Is Involved In Studying This Course?

You already work in a job - probably in a role where you work under supervision, or looking to obtain a role within the catering field. You want to increase your food safety andand take on more responsibility.

You'll cover things like:

  • food safety legislation
  • personal hygiene
  • keeping work areas clean and tidy
  • identifying and resolving food safety issues.
  • catering practices
