Hospitality and catering apprenticeships provides learners with skills in specialist areas of expertise. Areas range from professional cookery, customer service and food and beverage service to management and leadership. Whilst we do not offer a single point of registration for this framework we do offer the component parts. Key Skills (3638) closed for new registrations on 30th September 2012. Any new apprentices, in England, after this date are now required to register on Functional Skills (3748) as part of the framework. Unless other recognised transferrable skill qualifications have been achieved as outlined in the SASE frameworks, England.
