Working with database packages is a key element of the qualification at all levels. By practising tasks in interrogating database records, handling user queries and presenting findings in a clear and concise manner, learners will cover all key objectives in the qualifications.
The qualification is assessed in a final exam by completing a City & Guilds set paper in a timed environment.
The appropriateness of a level to meet learner needs will depend on the familiarity with data processing software.
