You can choose the qualification that demonstrates the specialist knowledge and skills you have developed such as:
- monitoring vehicle movements
- routing and scheduling of loads
- building and managing teams.
You will learn in the work environment.
Assessment will also take place in the workplace and will include a portfolio of evidence to meet the criteria of the qualification.
Which level is right for me?
Level 2
You will work in a traffic office as a clerk or assistant with duties such as issuing and collecting vehicle keys and routes, monitoring route scheduling and fuel usage and conducting post journey reports and checks.
Level 3
You are working in a traffic office and have a great deal of technical skills and knowledge. You work with minimum supervision and have a good record of safety, fault correction and ensuring work meets the required standard. You may be looking to progress to frontline management.
