While completing this course, you'll cover things like:

You will learn with your training provider - maybe through practical sessions, group discussions or assignments.
For each unit you will be assessed by a combination of externally set assignments and online multiple choice tests.
Which level is right for me?
Level 1
You're just starting out in the travel and tourism industry - you have a good basic understanding of the industry - enough to succeed in a job as a travel agent to tourist information centre worker or to move on to further study.
Level 2
You already have some knowledge or experience in the travel and tourism area.
Level 3
You've been working in the travel and tourism industry for some time - you have plenty of general experience, and might already supervise others or manage resources. You want to develop more specialised skills in a particular area.
