While you’re planning your 2016 curriculum, here’s why you should consider City & Guilds Technical Qualifications;

  • 137 options approved by the DfE
  • Designed and supported by employers´â╝
  • Enabling progression to university, apprenticeships and employment
  • Curriculum planning and delivery support

About City & Guilds Technical Qualifications

Our new Technical Qualifications for 14-19 year olds have been designed with employers and providers to deliver the most up-to-date and relevant technical skills.

All our Technical Qualifications have been approved by the Department for Education (DfE) to appear on 2018 performance tables. These Technical Qualifications have been designed for progression; supporting learners onto the next step, whether that’s to university, onto an apprenticeship or straight into a job.

They can be combined with City & Guilds Workplace Skills to attain the City & Guilds TechBac, or can be delivered as stand-alone qualifications.

What are Performance Tables?

Performance Tables give information on the achievements of pupils in primary, secondary and 16-18 provision in schools and colleges, and how they compare with other schools and colleges in the Local Authority area and in England as a whole.
