Technical Advisor for Hospitality and Catering

Amelia looks after the Hospitality and Catering sector. She originally trained as a Chef in the UK and France working in hotels, restaurants and public houses. She then took time to develop her front of house skills whilst managing licensed houses and accommodation premises. Amelia eventually moved into the education sector which included private training providers as well as full time education.
