Ashleigh Beckingham

City & Guilds and ILM Digital Solutions Manager

Ashleigh began her career in primary education, and then moved to City & Guilds where she has been supporting colleges and training providers for over five years.

In her time at City & Guilds Ashleigh has built up significant experience in understanding the challenges customers face to guide learners through their qualifications and apprenticeships from start to finish. This knowledge helps her to identify the right solution for each individual organisation, so they that they enhance their delivery and drive better learner outcomes.

More recently, with the pace of digital transformation accelerated by the pandemic, many organisations have begun their journey from delivering face-to-face to a blended approach and Ashleigh has supported a number of organisations to take the right steps with e-portfolio solutions.

"It gives me a great feeling to know that I have played a part in supporting colleges and providers to make enhancements to their delivery models which, in turn, benefit their learners with the qualifications and apprenticeships to take them to the next step in their career.”
