Sam has built her experience and knowledge working with our large customer accounts offering account management, training and her expertise to make the most with their e-portfolio solutions and product implementations.

Laura has worked in Further Education for the last 20 years, with many years at Hull Training and Adult Education. Over that time Laura developed in depth knowledge of Government funded courses to enhance employability skills within her local area, and later within apprenticeships including the new standards and functional skills reforms.

As a Digital Solutions Manager Laura’s prior knowledge within FE has enabled her to focus on supporting customers through their journey to adopt a new digital solution or transition from their existing model.

Ashleigh has significant experience in understanding the challenges customers face to guide learners through their qualifications and apprenticeships from start to finish. This knowledge helps her to identify the right solution for each individual organisation, so they that they enhance their delivery and drive better learner outcomes.

With the pace of digital transformation accelerated by the pandemic, many organisations have begun their journey from delivering face-to-face to a blended approach and Ashleigh has supported a number of organisations to take the right steps with e-portfolio solutions.

Patrick Studied Geography at University, then went travelling working in the hospitality sector in both New Zealand and Australia for 3 years. On Patrick’s return to the UK he started working for City & Guilds as an Administrator, then progressing into a Sales Executive role. After a short stint away working for a FinTech, Patrick returned as a Digital Solutions Manager in March 2024.

Across Patrick’s career has built up a knowledge and experience of helping organisations transform their education delivery through Digital Platforms. Through this knowledge and experience it has helped Patrick identify the right digital solutions for different organisations whatever there need is.

‘The most rewarding aspect of my role, is understanding the challenges and needs of the organisations City & Guilds work with, then providing a digital solution to meet their needs. As the solution is going to directly impact the learners with their qualification or apprenticeship, to help them progress their career.

I have been working for City and Guilds since 2019 starting off as a Sales Executive, supporting schools, college, and training providers with their qualification and resource needs. With the skills I have acquired I am now supporting customers with their digital portfolio ensuring they feel confident, advised, and equipped to the use the wide offer of platforms available to enhance their curriculum delivery.
