Karen’s management roles have provided extensive experience in change management, culture change and people development which provided great grounding to move into Organisational Development. Here she gained experience of developing and implementing Leadership Development Frameworks including the design delivery and assessment of Leadership & Management and Coaching and Mentoring qualifications (ILM) which provides the experience and integrity to bring her into this Technical Advisor role.

Additionally as a qualified coach (ILM Level 7) Karen has been involved with 1:1 coaching for over 7 years and more recently peer coaching.

Her role is primarily a source of knowledge advice and support to training providers and employers on ILM’s products and services.
