Fisheries Scientist Ruth Hoban loves her job supporting sustainable fisheries management around Scotland’s inshore waters. Her advice to young job seekers: “Work hard and persevere, the job I love took me a long time to find but I got as much experience as I could while I waited and I didn’t give up.”
