Toque d'Or Competition

Since it began Toque d’Or has gained recognition from the industry and education alike, evolving from a pioneering cookery contest into one of the UK’s most influential training and development initiatives.

So much more than just a competition. Nestlé Professional® Toque d’Or® provides real life challenges that inform, test and push both students and apprentices in the most exciting ways. By linking education with industry, Toque d’Or presents a series of unique experiences which bridge the gap between the classroom and exciting reality of industry.

Competitions are an excellent way of preparing your students for End-point assessment as part of the apprenticeship programme or preparing students for controlled assessment as part of a technical qualification.
