Qualifications for learners:

Functional Skills (3748)
Fundamental applied skills in maths, English and ICT – with a particular focus on problem-solving. 

ESOL Skills for Life (4692)
A suite of qualifications designed to support speakers of other languages based within the UK to develop their English language skills for work, further learning or everyday life.

English Skills and Mathematics Skills (3847)
Highly versatile collection of units and qualifications to support personalised learning and progression.

Principles of Using English and Mathematics (3844) 
Enables learners to demonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of maths or English, assessed through a one-off summative test taken onscreen.

Using and Applying Mathematics (Core Maths) (3849)
A new post-GCSE qualification for 16-18 learners in England who have already achieved A*-C grade GCSE mathematics. Core Maths is designed to equip learners with the higher level maths skills needed for success in work, further learning or life in general.

Northern Ireland

Qualifications for learners:

Essential Skills (4800) 
Supports the applied numeracy, literacy and ICT skills necessary to function and progress at work and in general life. 

ESOL Skills for Life (4692) 
A suite of qualifications designed to support speakers of other languages based within the UK to develop their English language skills for work, further learning or everyday life.
