Who can I speak to about my recent exam results or certification?

Please speak to your centre or training provider regarding the non-receipt of your certificates or exam results. It may be there has been a problem with the processing or delivery of your documentation, your centre can contact us and discuss this further.

How do I apply for Course Syllabuses?

We offer a service which searches for a specific course syllabus. In many cases this will not only be a list of the units you will have covered, but also a breakdown of the knowledge and abilities the units should have provided you with. You can apply for this service by filling in the course syllabus application form (PDF, 41KB).

Once we receive your completed syllabus application form, and payment, one of our archive specialists will carry out a search for the relevant course, or part of a course, depending on your enquiry. We do not, however, send original copies of the syllabus - many of our documents are old and exist purely as part of our archives. Instead, we will provide you with a photocopy of the information you require.

Using City & Guilds Logo

The City & Guilds Qualified logo is available to learners who have achieved a Level 2 qualification or higher. If you wish to apply for the City & Guilds Qualified logo, please email scanned copies of your certificates to logo@cityandguilds.com. We aim to respond to your email within 5 working days.

Am I eligible for a Professional Recognition Award?

We offer four different awards, these are City & Guilds Licentiateship (LCGI), Affiliateship (AfCGI), Graduateship (GCGI) and Membership (MCGI). For more information please visit our dedicated Professional Recognitions page.

How do I provide feedback?

We are always aiming to improve the quality of our services and welcome feedback to help us do this. If you have a complaint, or any suggestions for improvement about any of the services that City & Guilds provides, email us: feedbackandcomplaints@cityandguilds.com.

We aim to acknowledge feedback and complaints within 1 working day. We aim to resolve your complaints within 8 working days; if your complaint isn’t resolved within 8 working days you will receive an action plan informing you of progress.
