We will aim to provide a decision, in relation to centre and/or qualification approval requests, within 30 working days of receipt of a completed application form.
We will aim to publish your external quality assurance report to Walled Garden within 12 working days of the activity.
All entries for paper based on-demand examinations must be placed no later than 14 calendar days prior to the day on which you are scheduling the exam.
For timetabled examinations, the entry windows will be published in the relevant qualification documentation and/or in Walled Garden catalogue.
We will aim to fulfil all examination materials at least 10 working days in advance of the scheduled date providing a correctly validated order is received by us before the advertised entry closing date.
For centres with DCS (Direct Claims Status) we aim to publish all centre assessed results within 2 working days of receipt of a valid result submission and where all submitted records are submitted correctly.
For centres without DCS we aim to publish centre assessed results within 10 working days, provided an External Quality Assurer (EQA) has approved the claim in their most recent centre activity sampling report.
We will aim to publish all online on-demand multiple-choice exam results within 5 working days and all online examiner marked results within 20 working days, following successful completion (and upload where the exam was taken offline) of the completed exam.
We will aim to publish all paper examiner marked results on Walled Garden within 32 working days, and all paper multiple-choice results within 21 working days following receipt of completed exam materials where such results are authorised for release.
For Functional Skills qualifications, the published service level agreement for all results is 32 working days, however we will endeavour to publish results as quickly as possible where the assessment has previously been awarded.
For some qualifications, assessment results are timetabled for release and/or embargoed. This will be communicated clearly in the relevant qualification documentation.
Qualification results (known as qualification conferrals) will usually be processed in our system if a learner meets the full rules of combination for the qualification within 1 working day.

Digital certificates (e-certificates) will be available online within 2 working days of results being issued to Walled Garden, and we will dispatch paper certificates within 30 working days of results issue for most qualifications.
Some qualifications require certificate issue to be held, such as until after the period for review of marking or moderation. Where this is the case, you will be notified in the relevant qualification information.
