Kineo joins Mindtools

City & Guilds has completed the sale of Kineo — our workplace e-learning business — to Mindtools, a global management and leadership skills development provider, owned by Cambridge Information Group (CIG).

This transition supports both organisations to focus on what they do best. For City & Guilds, it enables greater focus on our core purpose: helping people into a job, on the job, and into their next job through high-quality skills, credentials, and learning solutions.
