Future ready skills in construction

City & Guilds Technicals New Generation qualifications in construction are our newly developed, reform‑ready Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications, designed to develop the practical and technical skills the construction industry needs for the future.

Aligned to the same national occupational standards as apprenticeships, these qualifications reflect real industry practice across bricklaying, plastering, site carpentry, and a range of other construction trades.

Developed in partnership with educators and employers, they combine strong technical education with hands‑on learning – supporting learners to build solid foundations for apprenticeships, employment, or further study.
