• How to accurately calculate mandatory reductions in employer charges based on reduced off-the-job training hours.
• Step-by-step walkthroughs using actual apprenticeship standards for delivery examples and off-the-job calculations to ensure clarity and confidence.
• Understanding of what data should be included in TNP1, 2, 3 and 4.
