Drawing on almost 150 years of experience in skills development – with particular expertise in the trades – we’re uniquely placed to develop bespoke training programmes for employees across the entire housing sector.

For example, we could create a programme to upskill a multi-trade operative in your organisation, expanding their skills in different trades. You’d be able to pick the content you want the course to cover – both theory and practical – to meet your exact requirements.

Example programme: Multi-trade operative

This example programme would cover all the trades you can see below. But it would be flexible for each learner – so if one of your tradespeople is already competent in plastering, for example, they wouldn't have to take that unit.

With 72 guided delivery hours, this example programme would involve two days of learning per week for six weeks, with five hours of practical and one hour of theory each week.
