Designed in close collaboration with employers, ILM’s leadership and management apprenticeships combine in-programme learning with rigorous end-point assessment.

ILM provides an end-to-end solution for the following apprenticeship standards:

  • Level 3 Team Leader
  • Level 5 Operations Manager
  • Level 6 Chartered Manager (Degree Apprenticeship)
  • Level 7 Senior Leader

Levels 5–7 have the added benefit of lifetime post-nominal letters for learners to use after their names.
