Endorsement

Endorsed by industry and professional associations

Digital credentials provide portable and verifiable information about the skills and achievements at the click of a button and is powered by Credly, the world's most connected credentialing network.

Several of City & Guilds’ digital credentials are endorsed by employers, industry bodies and professional associations. This ensures that our credentials are closely aligned with employability needs, enabling learners to develop professional and technical skills for the workplace or further education.

Endorsements allow third parties to endorse another organisation's digital credentials on the Credly platform. They also add value by validating the authenticity of the programme or training that an individual has achieved.

What are the benefits of digital credentials?

Enables progression

Employers and education providers can quickly identify the set of skills or qualifications an individual has gained against the requirement and facilitate their employment or qualification application seamlessly.

Builds brand awareness

Enables potential learners or your employees to become brand ambassadors and reach new audiences with what your programme offers, as your participants share their achievements on social media online in a secure and verifiable way.

Verifies achievements

Digital credential earners can show organisations and education institutions detailed information about the qualification, training and standards that they met.

Lasting credibility

Every time a member shares their credential, it’s a meaningful brand impression. More than 650,000 credentials are shared from Credly every month. Sharing, searching, and viewing can help new members and potential clients discover your organisation.

Engages and motivate individuals

Each individual who has completed their training programme will have a sense of achievement through the digital credential they earn and know that a reputable organisation has endorsed their credential.
