A key pillar in our apprenticeship offer is our people and at City & Guilds we take a personal approach in supporting our customers as they navigate the world of apprenticeship standards.
Unlike many other End-Point Assessment Organisations, we have a dedicated Technical Advisor (TA) for each sector. Their role is exclusively to offer industry and education expertise and support customers with apprenticeship programmes.
As well as our Technical Advisors, we also have our End-Point Assessment Partnership Managers whose role is to help customers with the EPA process and provide guidance to ensure a smooth journey.
Our teams are on-hand to walk you through the process and provide advice from the start. We offer a team consisting of Business and Customer Services experts, quality leads, and policy and funding specialists – all working together to provide solutions for you.
Our specialist Technical Advisors have years of industry experience behind them and are available to support with specific challenges you may have regarding the standards.
The EPA Partnership Managers can help and support with the process for end-point assessment as well as offer advice on how best to prepare apprentices for EPA success.
Our Digital Solutions Managers are experts in e-portfolios, helping you to get set up with the right e-portfolio solution for you and your apprentices.
We provide continuous support through our series of webinars that are aimed at guiding you through the EPA process to enable EPA success.
Our apprenticeship webinars are hosted by our Technical Advisors and End-point assessment Partnership Managers. They aim to equip you with the tools and knowledge you need to build apprentices’ confidence and competence and support your delivery.
