Your EPA support team

A key pillar in our apprenticeship offer is our people and at City & Guilds we take a personal approach in supporting our customers as they navigate the world of apprenticeship standards.

Unlike many other End-Point Assessment Organisations, we have a dedicated Technical Advisor (TA) for each sector. Their role is exclusively to offer industry and education expertise and support customers with apprenticeship programmes.

As well as our Technical Advisors, we also have our Partnership Managers whose role is to help customers with the EPA process and provide guidance to ensure a smooth journey.

Our teams are on-hand to walk you through the process and provide advice from the start. We offer a team consisting of Business and Customer Services experts, quality leads, and policy and funding specialists – all working together to provide solutions for you.
