What is the Quality Academy?

The Quality Academy is a learning management system (LMS) designed to help our international centres deliver vocational qualifications to the highest standards.

The Quality Academy is used to deliver our web-based e-learning courses.

Since 2014, these courses have enabled new centres and assessors to adapt quickly to our work specifications, and existing centres to become more efficient.

With the Quality Academy, learning is easy and accessible, using bite-sized e-learning modules that are available on your mobile devices or desktop PC, enabling you to acquire key skills quickly. 

Who is the Quality Academy for?

The Quality Academy supports staff at City & Guilds centres to improve their performance, from managers to trainers as well as External Verifiers.
The programmes cover a wide range of skills, from theory through to processes, system training and practical competence, helping users to understand our requirements, policies and procedures

How does the Quality Academy work?

Our web-based e-learning modules can take from as little as 30 minutes to 1 hour to complete, and can be accessed from your mobile devices or desktop PC.

Setting up and managing your online account is simple and our LMS partner, Kineo, can resolve any technical issues for you. Your local City & Guilds office can assist with any other queries you may have.

After finishing a course, you will be able to download a certificate of completion. This will be added to your Continuing Professional Development (CPD) record, which can be useful for your career in the education industry.
