What Is Involved In Studying This Course?

Learners interested in Customer Service and Sales within the Hospitality sector are able to choose from the following pathways:

8412-52 International Introductory Award in Hospitality Customer Service
8413-53 International Introductory Award in Hospitality Selling.

However, learners not wanting to focus on the Hospitality sector will be able to choose from the following pathways:

8414-54 International Introductory Award in Conflict Handling
8415-55 International Introductory Award in Customer Service
8416-56 International Introductory Award in Selling.

Completing these qualifications could lead to a job as a:

Customer service assistant
Sales assistant.
