Assessment will include a portfolio of evidence to meet the criteria of the qualification, recognition of prior learning and successfully following of a development programme.
Which level is right for me?
Level 3
Your role involves providing advice and guidance directly to clients, reporting to line management as well as associated services. You may also supervise and support other staff members.
Level 4
Your role involves providing specialist advice and guidance to clients, reporting to senior management and networking with associated services, and managing, negotiating, training, evaluating and developing the service provision.
