Last Updated: 08 Jul 2014

Food and Drink Apprenticeships provide learners with skills in specialist areas of expertise while gaining knowledge of the food and drink profession. Areas include meat and poultry; fish and shellfish and fresh produce.

Whilst we do not offer a single point of registration for this framework we do offer the component parts.

Key Skills (3638) closed for new registrations on 30th September 2012. Any new apprentices, in England, after this date are now required to register on Functional Skills (3748) as part of the framework. Unless other recognised transferrable skill qualifications have been achieved as outlined in the SASE frameworks, England.
