Workplace Skills

Help your learners and apprentices develop and showcase the soft skills and behaviours they need to be work ready.

Workplace Skills is a unique learning package designed for 14-19 year olds to develop ‘soft’ transferable skills and improve behaviours to prepare them for success in the workplace.

Developed with employers, the innovative, self-guided e-learning programme has been used by training providers and colleges to enhance programmes of study and support employability training. It helps learners develop skills that aren’t covered by qualifications alone, or which may not be accredited under a current programme of study.

Workplace Skills is delivered through our e-learning platform, Skills Zone.

What are the benefits of learning Workplace Skills?

  • 24 Workplace Skills to learn covering from self-motivation to team working.
  • Allows learners and apprentices to stretch themselves through achievement at work-ready and expert grade.
  • Provides content that maps to the 'behaviours' in apprenticeship standards
  • Digital credentials help learners showcase their success to employers and their peers.
  • Suitable for Level 2 to 3 learners and apprentices.
  • Tutors and employers can track engagement and progress.
