Replacing and amending paper certificates

Paper certificates are our traditional method of recognising learner achievements and are awarded upon successful completion of qualifications, assessments or in-house training programmes.

If you need to amend or replace one or more learner certificates, please email customersupport@cityandguilds.com and provide the following:

  • your centre number
  • your order number
  • the reason for replacement
