This qualification will provide the knowledge and expertise required to enable bus drivers to deliver a consistent level of service to customers using buses within London. Any new Transport for London bus driver will need to take this qualification as a mandatory requirement.
This qualification has been developed for bus drivers working for bus operators in London aged 18 or over who hold the minimum of a provisional PCV licence.

Assessment will be via a mixed paper based exam with multiple choice and short answer questions and assignments.

You will also need suitable facilities to carry out the required training to enable learners to achieve industry standards.
