The primary provider user will have full access to Proficient with the added permission to create Proficient accounts for centre staff users, apprentices, and employers.
For new customers, the primary provider user will be sent an email from City & Guilds with information on how to log into Proficient.
Centre staff users will also have access to all Proficient features except for the option to create additional user accounts.
You can help your apprentices keep track of their performance and upcoming assessments by giving them access to Proficient. They will have access to a simplified version of the platform which enables them to see:
- Their individual calendar of EPA activity and events
- Their individual notifications
- Support materials tailored to their standard
- A personal profile area to review their progress throughout their EPA
Apprentices can be given access to Proficient by their provider at registration.
Providers are able to give employers access to Proficient to help them track progress. This can support apprenticeship delivery by giving employers an overview of how their apprentice is progressing and to manage key milestones.
Employers will have access to a simplified version of the platform, which is managed at the discretion of the provider.
