Key Submission Dates for 2024

Centres must ensure they submit all required marks, grades and/or evidence for our Technical Qualifications, T Levels and Extended Project Qualification.

This ensures students can complete their qualification (where applicable) and that results are issues on time.

We have provided a list of key submission dates for these qualifications below:

T Levels

Submit all component level estimated completion data as part of the term-time VTQ checkpoint activity.	Friday 3 May 2024
Closing date to upload all Employer-Set Project (ESP) evidence to Walled Garden for: Maintenance, Installation and Repair for Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing, Processing and Control Design and Development for Engineering and Manufacturing	Thursday 28 March 2024
Closing date to upload all Employer-Set Project (ESP) evidence to Walled Garden for: Building Services Engineering for Construction Onsite construction Management & Admin Agriculture, Land Management and Production	Friday 10 May 2024
Closing date to submit marks and evidence for the Occupational Specialisms to the Moderation Portal. (For Management & Admin the Occupational Specialism is externally marked and must be submitted to Walled Garden).	Friday 17 May 2024

Technical Qualifications

Closing date to submit marks and evidence to the Moderation Portal for all Level 2 and Level 3 synoptic assignments.	Friday 17 May 2024
Closing date to submit grades and evidence to the Moderation Portal of up to two centre assessed components that we intend to sample first (the defined sample).	Tuesday 04 June 2024
Closing date to submit grades and evidence for any remaining centre-assessed components and any further evidence required for additional sampling (if applicable) and EI (KS5 only).	Friday 14 June 2024

Extended Project Qualification
