It's never too late to learn a new skill, no matter what stage you're at in life.
Take Kostadinos for example. He was a senior manager in a direct sales company before he realised that his true passion is jewellery making. That's why he decided to take a course at City Lit, London's largest provider of adult education. He not only gained craft skills, he also learned how to start a business to sell his creations.
Our video explores how he decided to make the leap. We also meet Jonathan Batten, winner of the Creative Craftperson of the Year award at last year's City & Guilds Lion Awards.
