It's never too late to learn a new skill, no matter what stage you're at in life.

Take Kostadinos for example. He was a senior manager in a direct sales company before he realised that his true passion is jewellery making. Our video explores how he decided to make the leap. We also meet Jonathan Batten, winner of the Creative Craftperson of the Year award at last year's City & Guilds Lion Awards.
