How to Manage the Ultimate Salon

City & Guilds has teamed up with hairdressing expert and businesswoman Hellen Ward to create a new range of books to help those wishing to run a successful spa or salon.

The series, called Ultimate Salon Management, has been tailored to support theLevel 4 Diploma in Salon Management and Advanced Techniques in the Hair & Beauty Industry. It will be essential reading for City & Guilds learners.

Hellen Ward is the wife of celebrity hairdresser Richard Ward and Managing Director of the Richard Ward brand - one of the highest grossing independent salons in the UK.

‘I’m proud to have linked up with City & Guilds to create this book series,’ she said. ‘The Ultimate Salon Management books have given me a chance to share my 25 years of business experience.’
