What Is Involved In Studying This Course?

You can choose the qualification that demonstrates the knowledge and skills you have developed in specialist areas such as:

Which level is right for me?

Level 1

You are new to business administration, working under supervision and carrying out routine administration tasks.

Level 2
You are building up your experience and have some relevant knowledge and skills. You are working under supervision and have some responsibility.

Level 3
You have a great deal of technical skills and knowledge. You work with minimum supervision and have a good record of safety, fault correction and ensuring work meets the required standard. You are moving into or have moved into leadership and management roles.

Level 4
This is the ideal level for team leaders and managers who contribute to departmental and organisational strategy.

This level is ideal if you have a great deal of technical skills and knowledge. You work with minimum supervision and have a good record of safety, fault correction and ensuring that work meets the required standard. You are moving into or have moved into management roles.

This qualification comprises mandatory and optional units, which enable you to choose the pathway to suit your specialist needs.

The wide selection of units will enable you to develop a range of essential business skills and include:
  • Developing and delivering presentations
  • Supervising an office facility
  • Agreeing a budget.
