Full-time learners will typically spend 12 months on-programme working towards meeting the Occupational Standard for the Apprenticeship Assessment in Administration Assistant, with required off-the-job training as specified by the apprenticeship funding rules. The employer and centre should ensure that the learner has access to development opportunities to gain the required technical knowledge, skills and behaviours (KSBs), as outlined in the Occupational Standard.
There are no prescribed points when assessment should take place. Learners may be assessed at appropriate points (or milestones) throughout their apprenticeship.
