What Is Involved In Studying This Course?
Learners will be required to build a portfolio of evidence from work based practices.

What Is Involved With Delivering This Course?
It is designed to encourage work-based, higher education and SSC partners to provide a flexible and responsive delivery infrastructure. The assessment method will be portfolio based using evidence gathered from the workplace.

This level will suit you if you are already in full-time employment, progressing from a Level 3 qualification, in Hospitality and Catering, or in a position to start at Level 4.
