New qualifications launching Autumn 2026

With the Competence and Conduct Standard introducing mandatory Level 4 and Level 5 qualifications from October 2026, we’re launching a Level 4 Certificate in Housing Management and a Level 5 Award/Certificate in Senior Housing Management. 

To support organisations responding to Awaab’s Law and wider social housing regulation, we’re also launching a Level 2 Award in Damp & Mould Awareness.
