Aligned to the ST0214 the Level 3 Advanced and Creative Hair Professional occupational standard. This apprenticeship assessment allows apprentices to showcase their occupational competence through a blend of practical observation, professional discussion and multiple-choice. It provides a robust and industry-relevant measure of the skills, knowledge and behaviours required in modern salon environments, helping employers develop confident, highly skilled professionals who can deliver exceptional client experiences and support business success.
